Taxes and Assessing Treasurer Information

Property Taxes:

Summer tax bills are mailed July 1st and are due September 14th (Ann Arbor, Dexter & Saline School Districts)

Winter tax bills are mailed December 1st and are due February 14th (Ann Arbor, Saline & Dexter School Districts)

If you do not receive a tax bill within ten days of these mailing dates, please contact the treasurer’s office. Tax bills are mailed to the address on file as of June 1st and November 1st

If we do not have a current address on file, your tax bill will be delayed and possibly returned to us due to an incorrect address. Per the State of Michigan, failure to receive a tax bill does not abate late payment penalties and interest. Tax bills requested by mortgage companies are sent to the mortgage broker as requested. If you would like a copy of your tax bill please contact the treasurer’s office.
